Please read these terms before you book. By confirming a reservation you agree to them.
Hotel Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Photo Identification
All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon arrival. Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in time (2:00 PM, Cairo time) on the arrival date. Later cancellations are charged the cost of the first night.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged the cost of the first night.
Payment
Payment is made at the hotel upon arrival, in cash or by card, in Egyptian pounds, US dollars or euros (the equivalent at the exchange rate of the day). Prices are shown in US dollars and include taxes, service charge and city fees.
Airport Pickup
Airport pickup: a private car can meet you at Cairo International Airport and drive you to the hotel (pickup only, one way): Sedan $35, SUV $40 or Van $50 per car, charged once per room booking and paid together with your stay. When booking, please choose the terminal, give your landing time and a WhatsApp number, and upload your flight ticket (PDF or photo).
Long-Stay Discount
Stays of 7 nights or more receive a 5% discount.
Privacy
We use your personal details only to manage your booking and your stay. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Please keep money and valuables in the electronic safe in your room; the hotel is not responsible for the loss of items left outside it. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the room or hotel property.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
